(1) The Company or the agent shall be responsible for installing, commissioning and explaining the use and precautions of the products to customers;
(2) According to requirement by customers, provide consultation and technical guidance on online and offline at working time;
(3) Ensure the supply on maintenance parts;
(4) Responsible for maintenance services;
(5) Abide by "three guarantees" on products quality, for guarantee repair, replacement and return;
(6) According to the situation, collect customers' opinions, then optimize and improve them in time, deal with their requirements.
