5. Maintenance and response time: At working time, the manufacturer implements 8-12 hours response in localization, 24 hours response in the southern area, 48 hours response in the northern area. The delivery period is the logistics delivery time T ~ T+1,overseas real-time service in controllable time. If face to face, we promptly appointed professional personnel or agents to solve the difficult.
6. We promised, for product or technology, to provide advisory services in time. If we could not solve the problem of equipment by the telephone support services, according to the approval, the implementation of remote support services, through the network technology, we solve the problem.
7. After the product or technology is delivered, the customer will enjoy visiting service from us, through the way of telephone or visiting, you can get our best quality, the most timely, the most comprehensive after-sales service.
8. During the quality guarantee period, customers can directly contact us or our agents to obtain the corresponding after-sales service.
9. Establish files for customers, and carry out routine maintenance and guidance by professional departments regularly on products, to realize a path to service .
10. We provide Chinese samples, methods and installation, commissioning, maintenance, and free on-site training for customers until they are proficient in operation and use, and make detailed training plans to provide technical support and application cases for promoting the application of products.
11. We deliver the products to the point place for free of charge and complete the installation and debugging until the equipment is in normal use.
12. We provide installation and commissioning. At the beginning of installation, we agree that trained or experienced personnel participate in installation, testing and troubleshooting.
13. Used the equipment, we provide free technical support, training, technical service to support the high-quality operation of all the equipment, according to the actual needs of customers. (The operation and daily maintenance of the equipment shall be carried out by the customer's technical staff, and the technical service department of us shall be provided on corresponding training and guidance).
